What is the difference between a phinisi and a motor yacht?

A phinisi is a traditional Indonesian wooden sailing vessel with teak decks and generous outdoor living. Motor and steel explorers are faster and more enclosed. Both are fully crewed. The choice is style and range.

Are the yachts suitable for non-divers?

Yes. Snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboards, island walks and beach time are included. Diving is optional.

What crew is included?

Captain, chef, stewards, deck crew and usually a dive master or naturalist. Crew size runs from 8 to 16 depending on the ship.
