About Aliikai Voyage

Aliikai Voyage was rebuilt in 2021 as a 40-metre (131 ft) wooden phinisi with space as the brief: fourteen guests in seven ensuite cabins, two of them owner’s suites with their own terraces. A crew of fourteen treat the ship as a house that happens to move.

The saloon is air-conditioned, with glass that opens onto a covered aft deck. Above that, an upper lounge shifts from morning stretch to an open-air film. The sundeck takes the last of the light. Dive kit lives at the transom; kayaks, boards and skis come off when the anchorage is kind.

Private charter is the quieter week if your group can fill the cabins. Cabin charters run on published dates when you would rather take one suite, not fourteen berths.

Can Aliikai Voyage handle a long private charter in Indonesia?

Yes. She was rebuilt for seven- to fourteen-night loops, not day trips. Seven ensuite cabins, tankage and a crew of fourteen are sized so fourteen guests can stay aboard through a Komodo circuit, Raja Ampat, or a Bandas add-on without living on top of one another.

What kind of week does the ship actually run?

Slow enough for shade and a swim, busy enough for dive, kayak and a film on the upper deck. Breakfast holds until you appear. If you want a packed dive roster, we can set that. It is not the default rhythm.

How many guests can sleep on Aliikai Voyage?

Fourteen across seven ensuite cabins, including two owner suites with private terraces. Twelve is the more generous number if you want a cabin left as a dressing room, nanny space or quiet office.

Is Aliikai Voyage good for children?

Yes. Children are welcome. Babysitting is not available, and some activities are best suited for older children.

Can I book a cabin instead of the whole ship?
