About Otium
Otium is a 48-metre ironwood and teak phinisi, built in 2026 by Marc Christoffel with his yard in Bira, South Sulawesi. Fresa Amalia set the interiors, with Walter Wagner. Six ensuite suites sleep twelve. The specifications list a crew of 17. She carries two tenders, dive compressors with a nitrox system, and Starlink.
The master suite is on the main deck, with a king bed, a daybed and a balcony. The queen suite is on the upper deck. The lower deck holds four deluxe suites, each an ensuite queen. A separate twin bunk can take up to two extra guests, children or staff, when the boat agrees.
Take the whole yacht on dates you choose, or book one suite on a fixed signature voyage and share the ship with a few other parties. Komodo is usually at its best from April to November. Raja Ampat is usually best from October to April. Sumbawa, Alor and the Spice Islands are sailed when the season allows. Signature charters are usually five nights or longer.
